This Warranty Policy explains the protections that apply when you purchase a product from ousanero. It covers both the statutory warranty that applies automatically under law and any additional manufacturer warranty that may come with a specific product, and explains how to report a fault and what to expect once you do.
Your Statutory Warranty Rights
All goods sold by ousanero are covered by the statutory warranty for defects. This means that if an item you receive is faulty — for example, it doesn't work as intended, is damaged, or doesn't match its description — you are entitled to a remedy at no extra cost to you.

Manufacturer Warranty
Certain products may also come with an additional warranty provided by their manufacturer. Where this applies, the manufacturer warranty runs for 1 from the date of purchase and sits on top of — rather than replaces — your statutory rights described above.

How to Report a Fault
If you believe a product you purchased is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ousanero.shop. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the fault, including when it first appeared
- Photos or video of the defect, where possible
Once we receive your report, we'll review the details and get back to you promptly to confirm the next steps, whether that's a repair, a replacement, or another remedy as set out above.
