3. Conclusion of Contract

The products displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer on our part; rather, they are an invitation for you to place an order. No contract is formed simply by browsing our catalog or adding items to your cart.

The ordering process works as follows:

  1. You select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. You review your order, provide the required delivery and payment information, and confirm acceptance of these Terms.
  3. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.

Submitting your order and receiving an automatic order confirmation does not yet constitute our acceptance of your offer. 6. Delivery

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates, as delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control (such as carrier delays).

Risk of loss and damage to goods passes to you upon delivery, unless you are a consumer, in which case risk passes upon delivery to you or a person designated by you to take possession of the goods.

7. Retention of Title

All goods remain our property until payment has been received by us in full.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
