Handling time is separate from delivery time — it reflects the time we need to pick, pack, and dispatch your order before it is in the carrier's hands.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 1-3. This is the time the carrier needs to transport your parcel to its destination once it has left our facility. Please note that handling time and delivery time are calculated separately, so your total time from order to arrival is the sum of both.

Shipping Costs
Exact shipping costs depend on your order and delivery address and are calculated automatically during checkout. You will always see the final shipping cost displayed before you confirm and pay for your order, so there are no surprises at delivery.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
While we do our best to ensure every order arrives on time and in good condition, issues can occasionally occur during transit.
