Our Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work so you know exactly what to expect at every step.

Return Window

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, no reason needed. As long as your request falls within this window and the conditions below are met, we will happily process your return.

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Email support@ousanero.shop with your order number and a short note about what you'd like to return.
  2. Within one business day, we will send you a return label by email.
  3. Repack the goods securely, ideally in their original packaging, and attach the label to the parcel.
  4. Drop the parcel off at your local postal office.

Once the carrier scans your parcel, you can track its progress back to us using the tracking details provided with your label.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods are complete and returned in their original packaging.
  • Labels and protective films remain undamaged and attached.
  • Hygiene items and sealed products have not had their seal opened — these items are excluded from returns once opened.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange, and we may return them to you.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size, color, or item instead of a refund? We're happy to offer an exchange as an alternative — simply let us know your preference when you first contact us, and we'll arrange it alongside your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome and process your refund within 7 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method — for example, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or Apple Pay, depending on how you originally paid — and will be shown in USD.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account after it has been issued.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping, so you won't be charged for sending an eligible item back to us.
